BUTTON UP!

Earlier today I hung out at the Regional Assembly of Text, a little stationary and gift store on Main Street, where I made a few buttons samples for Skewed. It was actually fun and easy, you just bring your designs in and they provide everything else for you to sit there and make them. In less than an hour I was out the door with 30 shiny new buttons and a couple of cute greeting cards. If you’ve never been to their store be sure to check it out, it’s one of our favorite places on Main and they have great stuff for Mother’s Day!

MORE DOODLES | Personal Work

What started as a little doodle on big piece of paper on a sick day, ended up multiplying into a triptych! I’m considering reshooting them hung up, not sure I love how the photo is looking right now. I’m also playing around with remixing them digitally… More detailed photos below and on Flickr

DOODLES

Construction paper + black ink + sick day on the couch = BIG doodle.
I’ve been thinking of starting a bigger sized drawing for a while now, seems like today is the day. I don’t know if this counts as rest though. Oops.
